Broken Age ist schon lange ein Spiel, dem wir uns widmen wollten. Es handelt sich um das aktuelle Adventure von Tim Schafers Double Fine-Schmide (u. a. Hack’n’Slash).
In unseren Let’s Plays ohne Vertonung (wir nennen das Ganze XT Mood Play, da dieses Format der Atmosphäre der Games Geltung verschaffen soll) spielen wir gerne Adventures (siehe die Telltale-Spiele (1)(2)(3)(4)) und kunterbunte kinderfreundliche Geschichte (etwa Ni No Kuni). Broken Age vereint beides und wir spielen den ersten Akt gemeinsam mit euch in wohl ca. 8 Teilen durch. Damt ihr keine Folge verpasst, holen wir den Beitrag immer wieder hoch bei neuen Folgen.
Das Spiel ist auf Steam, im PSN und auf mobilen Plattformen erhältlich und erzählt die Geschichte zweier Teenager – Shay Volta, einem von einer etwas zu fürsorglichen KI-bemutterten Astronauten, und Vella Tartine, ein junges Mädel das beim Maiden Feast das sagenumwobene Monster Mog Chothra vor der Zerstörung ihrer Heimat hindern muss.
Broken Age is the crowdfunding adventure from point’n’click experts Double Fine. The game’s First Act is available on Steam, PSN and mobile platforms and we go it through in our Let’s Play without voice overs (should be around 8 parts in total, this blogposts gets updated throughout). The game revolves around Shay Volta, a lonely astronaut that is protected by an overly motherly AI and sent on missions that sound more exciting than they actually turn out to be. Vella Tartine on the other hand is a young woman who has to attend the Maiden’s Feast to prevent the mysterious monster Mog Chothra from destroying her friend’s & family’s home.
